Description
Deeper. Faster. The new Mach 7580 was engineered to be faster than the deepest while still maintaining PCW’s trademark handling and responsiveness.
The result is a wheelset under 1500g in disc brake form with an average depth of 77.5mm, that is still more aerodynamically efficient than the deepest of the deep.
The Mach 7580 already has a UCI World Championship Gold Medal, Olympic Bronze Medal, and Ironman win under its belt, and that was just during development.
Available as a front only or a complete set, in rim brake or disc brake with any of our many hub options.
530g rim weight (disc brake version) with 19mm internal clincher tubeless ready tire bed. No tubeless tape necessary.
Comes with tubeless valves, skewers (where applicable) and wheel bags.

These wheels are nothing short of amazing. After riding on ENVE for years, these wheels have ZERO brake rub. They are stiff and light. What more can I say, you can’t go wrong with these wheels.

Been on the front wheel initially since it first was released to the public back in early 2022. Extremely stiff wheel that rides, handles, and climbs like a 50mm-ish wheel. Just recently purchased a rear to use on my TT training setup and rotate the front and the Wake. Recently ordered a new front wheel from the PCW crew so that will move the MACH to a permanent training wheel for a windy and hilly Race Wheel.
Setting the wheel up tubeless is easy compared to some of the other brands. Was able to get a Vittoria Corsa Speed G2.0 23mm on without any levers. Popped on to the bead with a floor pump. Wheel has stayed true since day one. I’m a 200 pound rider and AMAZED at how stiff a ,16 spoke wheel can be. The PCW crew laced out the wheel perfect.
Changed my whole arsenal over to PCW, currently running WAKE 6560 rim brake, WAKE 6560 Disc, GRIT 4540 rim brake, MACH 7580 rim Brake, BLUR 633 V2 rim brake. Currently waiting on a front wheel to complete the TT set.

I am just writing to say thank you for all your help!
I purchased your wheels in July for Ironman Alaska but due to the cold water, I ended up in the medical tent with hypothermia after the swim.
This was my 25th Ironman race with 5 Hawaii finishes, and I never had a DNF, so I was humbled.
Fast forward to Ironman FL (where I am from), and it was a hot day so no chance for hypothermia. 😊
After the swim, I was in 15th place in my AG (55-59) and rode hard to try and make up places.
Thanks to your wheels, and a hard effort, I had the 2nd fastest bike split in my AG and the 53rd fastest overall, which brought me up to 4th place.
I was able to make up one more spot on the run to finish in 3rd place in AG and 67th Overall, which was good enough to qualify for Ironman WC in Kona for 2023.
Your wheels are fantastic, and I have tried a lot of the higher-end brands.
Keep up the great work, and again, I appreciate all your help.

I finally had my first race on my Mach wheels, so I figure I can write a review! These wheels made speed easy, on a very windy, hilly course. The winds were at 20 mph and the wheels were at least as stable as any I have ridden. The surprise was how they climbed: Like an elevator! I did not loose speed as fast coming into hills and was able to hold and aero position longer and passes road bikes while climbing on a TT. I’ll take it!
Customer service was also great, and though I don’t really want another bike, I want some more of these wheels!
